website said open, tried ringing for half an hour No Answer.arranged for 5 broken bins to be collected on Thursday, still out the front by saturday, blowing over the rd. Tried ringing and ringing to check if i could drop off at rubbish tip, no answer.shocking company to communicate with. poor service, poor form .

Who’s idea was it for that stupid concrete section between the trailer and the conveyor section. Makes it near on impossible to move little things from your trailer. What’s wrong with down into a pit.

Had three mattresses on and gave a tip pass to be told that the pass covers two mattress and I had to pay another $50 for the other. No wonder there is so much stuff on the side of roads these days as the cost of doing the right thing is through the roof.

I am an old bloke, and like most of us, I have used waste facilities in lots of towns. I like to get rid of rubbish ASAP. I have lived in many areas, but I have NEVER found Waste Disposal Staff as FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AS THE EXCELLENT STAFF IN THE MANDURAH FACIITY.

Jan at the gate quiet rude and doesn't understand what you mean because I had a pallet bag of weeds, 1 fan and a cardboard box which wasn't that big yet I got slugged $24 ,I was willing to pay $18 for greenwaste at the most
